Abstract
Thisreseachaims to determineLDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR and FACR simultaneously havea significant positive effecton ROEinthe NationalPrivate Commercial Banks Devisa The sample used in this study is a Bank Maybank Indonesia, Bank Permata and the last Bank PAN Indonesia. The data usedissecondary data and sample collection technique purposive sampling and multiple linear regression analysis using the F test and t test. Using the study period from 2012 to the first quarter 2016fourth quarter. The Results from this study is that the LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR and FACR have a significant positive impacton the National Private Banks Devisa, variables that have asignificant negative effect is BOPO and FACR the national private commercial bank devisa. Variables that have not asignificant negative impacti variable LDR, APB and FACR and the variable have not significant positive effect IPR, NPL and IRR.
