Abstract
Bank are the business entity that collects funds from the community in the form of savings and distributes it to the community in the form of credit. This research aims to analyze whether IPR, LAR, LDR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously and partially have significant of ROA. The population in this research is the government banks. The sample used in this research is Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia, and Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data taken by means of documentation method. These data were taken from published financial report published of the foreign government banks during the period first quarter of 2012 until the fourth quarter of 2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in the research is multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that the IPR, LAR, LDR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA. In addition, IPR and LAR partially have a significant positive effect on ROA. BOPO partially has a significant negative effect on ROA. However, LDR, NPL, IRR, PDN, and FBIR partially have a non-significant negative effect on ROA. APB partially has a non-significant positive effect on ROA.
