Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analysis the financial ratio to financial distress condition in banking companies. The dependent variable is financial distress and the independent variable that is used in this research is four financial ratios which consist of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operational Cost to the Operational Income (BOPO), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The research sample consisted of 22 foreign exchange banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015, with purposive sampling. The statistic method used to test on the research hypothesis is logistic regression. The result of the research shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operational Cost to the Operational Income (BOPO), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have no effect to Financial Distress..
