Abstract
The purpose of this research is analyzing whether LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, BOPO and FBIR have a significant influence simultaneously and partially on Regional Development Bank. The population of on Regional Development Bank, sample selection based on a purposive sampling technique . Documentation methods to collect data from published financial statements of Bank Indonesia and linear analysis techniques for data analysis .Samples of this research are three banks : BPD North Sulawesi , BPD South Kalimantan, and BPD East Nusa Tenggara. Data is a secondary data starts from the first quarter period of 2009 until the fourth quarter of 2013. Based on the analysis and result by using SPSS 15.0 for windows, is shows that LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, BOPO and FBIR have significant influence simultaneously on ROA at Regional Development Bank. Partially, FBIR have significant positive effect on ROA at Regional Development Bank; BOPO have significant negative effect on ROA at Regional Development Bank; IRR have unsignificant positive effect on ROA at Regional Development Bank; LDR, IPR and NPL have unsignificant negative effect on ROA at Regional Development Bank. Keyword : Liquidity risk, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and ROA.
