Abstract
The company has a long-term goal, namely to maximize shareholder prosperity. Maximizing the prosperity of these shareholders to determine the effect of profitability, company size, liquidity, kepemilikan manajerial, and capital structure on the value of the company in real estate and property companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. The method of determining the sample by puprosive sampling method. With several criteria that have been determined, the number of samples is 105 real estate and property companies. Research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2016. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) profitability affects the value of the company and is significant, 2) the size of the company does not affect the value of the company, 3) liquidity does not affect the value of the company, 4) kepemilikan manajerial does not affect the value of the company, and 5) structure capital does not affect the value of the company.
