Abstract
Dividend policy is company policy to distribute profits to shareholders. Dividen policy is described in this study with the percentage of dividends paid are taken from erning per share. This study was conducted to examine the effect of Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, And Total Asset Turn Over to the Dividend Payout Ratio on manufacturing companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is Mutiple Linear Regression. The population of this study is manufacturing companies in the Indonesian stock exchange as many as 160 companies with a sample of 37 companies. The result is that Earning Per Share positif significantly but Current Ratio has in significant to the dividend, and Total Asset Turn Over are not significantly. That why Management should increase asset turnover, which is expected to increase the Dividend Payout Ratio achieved time.
