Abstract
This research is quantitative research whose data is concrete and measurable. Done with the aim to test the effect of CAR, LDR, NPL, and BOPO on ROA in Regional Development Banks. This research is also included in associative research which is to find out the relationship between two or more variables. The population used in this study is the Regional Development Bank for the period 2012-2017 while the sample contained in this study after purposive sampling in 109 types of data used in this study are secondary data because the type of data is collected by other parties or researchers that have not been processed and sourced on financial statements. The analysis technique used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis, using spss. There are 4 Hypotheses in this study, 1 Hypothesis does not have a significant effect namely CAR and three of them influence LDR, NPL, and BOPO. Keywords : capital adequency ratio (car),loan to deposit ratio (ldr), non performing loan (npl),biaya operasiona dan pendapatan operasional (bopo).
