Abstract
Environmental Performance is the performance of the company in creating a good environment (green). The purpose of this study was to knowing the effect of Environmental Performance on Financial Performance that comprice Return on Asset (ROA), Tobins’Q and Stock Returns which follow the PROPER Program and listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013. the population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Period 2013 that amounted to 138 companies. This study chose a manufacturing company as the sample population for several reasons, namely manufacturing company as one of the sectors that produce goods very intersect with people everyday, and as well as the research differentiate with some previous studies with different sectors. Sampling was doing by purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 50 companies. his study uses secondary data such as financial statements and annual report are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013. Testing the hypothesis in this research using descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis. The Results from this study indicate that the environmental performance directly affects the financial performance include ROA, Tobins'Q and stock Return. Key Words: PROPER, ROA, Tobins’q, Stock Returns.
