Abstract
Investment decision refers to the basic policy of the company regarding the amount of each category of current assets that are targeted and how the current assets would be financed. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The stages of multiple linear regression analysis performed in this study is a descriptive test, the classical assumption test, and test hipotesis.Analisis conducted in this study suggest that the Managerial Ownership positive and significant impact on the profitability of a positive influence investment decisions, profitability and significant positive effect on investment decisions, leverage significant positive effect on investment decisions on food and beverage companies in the Stock Exchange in 2009-2013.
