Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk Surabaya. This study focuses on Bank Maspion's mobile banking services, which include: facilities and features, system security tools, constraints and strategies. The research conducted using the research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research with data collection techniques, namely the distribution of cisioners to customers of Surabaya banking banks and interviews with customer service and commissioners of Maspion Bank. From this study, it was found that, most respondents stated that they were satisfied with Maspion Bank's m-banking services, however, respondents still gave some inputs such as providing more varied credit purchase facilities, and future m-banking services should be able to provide transfer services and top up with a variety of media or platforms. In order for future m-banking services to be better and reduce the occurrence of obstacles in the use of mobile banking such as cyber crime and piracy of numbers and theft of m-banking pins that are currently rampant.
