Abstract

In Order to sustain and develop aggressively in long term, company needs to translate its vision, mission and strategy into action plans balanced Scorecard strategy map. This research aims to analyze a strategy map and performance measurement at RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo. There are several results of this research: (1) Strategic objective of financialperspective, which is the level of financial independence can be achieved through increased revenue and reduced costs (2) Strategic objective of customer perspective, which is improving the quality of health care that is easy and affordable according purchasing power of the whole society, and of services to the whole society with high quality health services and professionals with the latest technology, (3) Strategic objectives of internal business process is increasing of The company that owns the facility makes Hospital Management System supported with high quality services, (4) Strategic objective of learning and growth perspective, which is a Vendor that makes managing the improvement and development of human resources of high quality in the field of health so that the realization of human resources competent, qualified, professional, and dedicated to serving the community. The determination of performance measurement at RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo is based on strategy map of each perspective. Strategic objectives of four perspectives which are also interconnected, comprehensive and balance. In fact, the analyze of Balanced Scoreacrd management system helps RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo in implementing corporate strategy effectively to gain susitainable success in the future. Key Words : Balanced Scorecard, Strategy Map, Performance Measurement, Targets, Initiative Strategic.
