Abstract
Investment is an activity is putting a number of funds to a business with the aim of gaining an advantage in the future. Investment activity is usually done by someone who has a surplus of funds. But do not close the possibility that someone who has limited funds can also invest. Based on the phenomenon, this research aims to know the effect of financial literacy, risk perception and risk tolerance towards the investment decision-making in Surabaya with technical analysis data used is the test Multiple Regression Analysis. Respondents who were sampled totaling 104 people with criteria the respondent are domiciled in Surabaya, had a minimal income four million rupiah per month. Based on the results of research, financial literacy and risk perception positive effect significantly to investment decision making. But the results do not affect risk tolerance significantly to investment decision making. Financial literacy, risk perception and risk tolerance to simultaneously effect significantly to investment decision making.
