Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Free Cash Flow on credit lending policies. The objects inthis study were conducted on 133 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and listed at Bank Indonesia (BI) during the 2013-2017 period. The independent variables in this study are Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL),Free Cash Flow. The sample in this study used purposive sampling. In this study, hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. This study shows the results that the Loan to Deposit Ratio has no influence in lending policies, Non Performing Loans have an influence on lending policies, Third Party Funds have no influence on lending policies, have an influence on lending, Free Cash Flow has no influence on lending policies. Keywords : LDR,NPL,DPK,FREE CASH FLOW.
