Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of manajerial ownership, debt policy, liquidity and profitability on dividend policy in LQ-45 Company. Purposive sampling method used in this study. This study used IBM SPSS 23.0 to do the data analysis. The result shows managerial ownership, liquidity and profitability influence dividend to policy, meanwhile debt to policy potential did not influence dividend to policy on Indeks LQ-45 company registerd/listen in Indonesia on 2013-2017.
