Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine what kind of variables Loan to Debt Ratio (LDR), Investing Policy Ratio (IPR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Adversely Classified Asset (APB), Interest Risk Ratio (IRR), Operational Costs of Bank Operating Income (BOPO), Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR), Return On Asset (ROA) that influence Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) simultaneously and partially. This study used indepentent variables LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROA while the dependent variable is the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Population bank used is Conventional Bank 3rd Book. Sample of this study are ICBC Bank, Keb Hana Bank, Bukopin Bank and Mizuho Bank. The technical analysis used linear regression. The data were analyzed using SPSS 16 with F and t-test. The result of this study revealed that the LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROA have significant effects simultaneously on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), however FBIR, IRR and ROA have partial effect. The most dominant variable toward CAR is IRR Keyword : Liquidity, Asset Quality, Sensitivity To Market, Efficiency and Profitability
