Abstract
This study purposes to know about the effect profitability and solvability against stock price and audit delay as intervening variable. The subjects in this study use mining sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014-2018 and the method in this study uses purposive sampling. The analysis technique is used multiple regression and path analysis. The result of this study that profitability affects to stock price, audit delay can’t interfere with the effect of profitability on stock price, but audit delay interfere with the effect of solvability on stock price.
