Abstract
This reserach aims to examine the effect of tangibility, sales growth, tax, profitability, business risk on capital structure in sector miscellaneous industry on indonesia stock exchange 2016-2018. The sample in this study were 28 companies. The analysis technique in this study uses the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that sales growth and tax have positif effect on capital structure. Tangibility, profitability, business risk have no effect on capital structure.
