Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of Tobin’s Q, Profitability and Leverage on Environmental Disclosure on mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) 2013-2017. Environmental Disclosure were measured by a weighted score Global Reporting Initiative (GRI-G4). Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study is the mining sector companies which listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2013-2017. Data were collected by using purposive sampling method. Therefore, there are 80 mining companies became the object of research. The Results of study indicated the leverage have effect on Environmental Disclosure, Tobin’s Q and Profitability have no effect on Environmental Disclosure. Keyword : Environmental Disclosure, Tobin’s Q,Profitability, and Leverage.
