Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine simultaneosly and partially of the effect of LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, and NIM for CAR ratio on the National Commercial bank go public. The sample in this study were selected based on purposive sampling technique. Research is using secondary data derived from financial statements and quaterly financial reports from 2009 to the analysis in 2012. Descriptive monthly both tree and linear regression analysis multipler used as data analysis techniques. The results of regressions analysis showed simultanneosly that the LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, and NIM ratio of CAR primary significantly influence the development banks on the National Commercial bank go public. NPL, FBIR, NIM has negatif relationship was not significant. IPR has a significant positive relationship to the CAR. LDR, APB, ROA and BOPO has a possitive relationship was not significant. ROA has a posiitive relationship with the CAR. IRR has a negative significant effect. And PDN has a negative not significant. Key word : Liquidity, assets quality, sensitivity againts markets, efficienly, profitability
