Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of growth opportunity, leverage, financial distress, and liquidity on hedging decisions. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample used in this study was 163 mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange using the purposive sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach and data used secondary data. The analytical method used is logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that leverage affects hedging decisions in mining companies, while growth opportunity, financial distress and liquidity do not affect hedging decisions in mining companies.
