Abstract
The purpose of study is to determine the changes and ratio of liquidity ratios and profitability ratios of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk and PT Bukit Serpong Damai Tbk for the period 2012-2015 measured using Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity and Gross Profit Margin. The method used in this study is descriptive comparative based on data presented in the form of secondary data obtained from the website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id), documentation, as well as by recording and citing books, literature related to this research . Based on the measurement of liquidity and profitability ratio using six ratios, it can be concluded that PT Bukit Serpong Damai company has good performance value compared to PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk, because PT Bukit Serpong Damai always decreases and increases volatile while PT Alam Sutera Tbk always experience a decrease in certain periods that cause several causes and cause certain impact. The authors suggest that PT Alam Sutera maximizes the financial condition of the company so that its performance can be better, such as PT Bukit Serpong Damai Tbk and can benefit from every profit generated every year.
