Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, firm size, and asset structure on capital structure with profitability as intervening. The sample in this study selected by using purposive sampling method a total of 95 manufacturing subsector goods industry and food companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016 period. The research data is analyzed using multiple linear regresison with path analysis method. The result of regression analysis that firms size and asset structure has no effect capital structure, liquidity and profitability an effect on firm value. This research also find that , liquidity an effect on profitability, firm size, and asset structure y has no effect to profitability. The final result is profitability not a intervening variable because not able to mediate the relationship between liquidity, firm size, and asset structure to the firm value.
