Abstract
The importance of annual tax payment service a motor vehicle which has been decided by the income of the area. The Department explained how important participation is as income of the region. Vehicle tax is the tax for ownership and autorizing vehicles (vehicles with two or more wheeled vehicles used in all types of soil and is driven by the motor as a techinal equipments). The purpose of this research is to know the mengelnai flagship annual tax service a motor vehicle that affects the achievement of the realization of the income tax area. Use of methods of research interviews, while the data obtained from the primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with the employees ketintang Samsat South of surabaya. The results of this study are: (1) understand the extent of the services provided by the Department of Provincial revenue (2) the factors which affect the service's flagship annual motor vehicle tax.
