Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine whether the non performing financing, third party funds, profit and loss sharing level has influential to profit and loss sharing based financing in Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The population in this research is the Islamic Banks in Indonesia, which consists of 11 banks in the period 2011-2013. The analytical tool used in ths study is multiple linier regression. The result showes that the non performing financing, third-party funds, profit and loss sharing level simultaneously affect the pofit and loss sharing based financing. For only partial result for non performing financing which affect the prrofit and loss sharing based financing. while third-party funds and profit and loss sharing level does not affect the profit and loss sharing based financing.
