Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial knowledge, family education and age on retirement planning. The number of respondents from this study was 250 respondents on Java. Data analysis techniques used are Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study explained that financial knowledge, family education and age had a positive effect on the retirement planning. The results of this study are expected to be able to plan old-age finances by increasing financial knowledge and getting good family education so that they can manage finances wisely and be able to plan pension funds Keywords: Financial Knowledge, Family Education, Age and retirement planning
