Abstract
Bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah sarana prima mandiri is one of the banks that provide financing without collateral to daily business customers whose financing is called Tabarok financing. This study aims to know how the implementation procedure of Tabarok financing at PT Bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah sarana prima mandiri. Writing this final project using interview and documentation from the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that Tabarok financing uses contracts mudharabah and is used by small entrepreneurs to increase business capital without collateral, there by simplifying the business development process and accelerating the disbursement process. The requirements that must be fulfilled by the customer in the filing of financing are the valid husband and wife's KTP and KK (Family Card, then the procedure for implementing Tabarok financing is: a request for financing, observing the feasibility of the debtor, disbursement contract with the debtor. The conclusion research of the implementation procedure of Tabarok financing at Bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah sarana prima mandiri is in accordance with the prevailing regulation and has been well implemented by the team Tabarok.
