Abstract
Cash is the most of liquid assets and it can be used for operational needs of company. The implementation of cash holding policy is expected to have an impact on the cmpany’s operational activities running smoothly. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of cash conversion cycle, net working capital, growth opportunity and capital expenditure on cash holding. Samples is this research are 135 property and real estate firms that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016-2018 by used secondary data. This research used multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that cash conversion cycle, net working capital, growth opportunity and capital expenditure significantly effect to cash holdings.
