Abstract
This research aims to review the influence of size, profitability age, audit opinion, leverage and blockholder ownership of an audit report lag.The object of this research is companies in the, infrastructure utilities and transportation enrolled in the Indonesia stock exchange.The independent variable used is size, profitability, age, audit opinion, leverage and blockholder ownership. This study using a method of sample saturated to get a sample. researchA method of analysis of data used is an analysis of multiple regression.This research result indicates that size, profitability and an audit opinion led to an audit report lag while age, leverage, Sand blockholder ownership will not affect audit report lag.
