Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the influence of financial knowledge and propensity to plan to the retirement planning behavior with saving attitude as a mediation variabel. The number of respondents from this study are 250 respondents which have criteria such as live in Java Island (Banten Province, DKI Jakarta Province, West Java Province, Central Java Province, East Java Province, and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province), at least have worked for two years, have total income minimum Rp 4.000.000 in every month, and become a financial management. The technique to analyze the data use Partial Least Square (PLS) using WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results of this study explain that financial knowledge and propensity to plan have a positive significant influence to the retirement planning behavior and saving attitude can mediate the influence of financial knowledge to the retirement planning behavior.
