Abstract
The bank is one of the economic sectors that are very important benefits in economic development, where the main function is as an intermediary institutions that collect public funds in the form of deposits and retransmit to the community in the form of loans, such as lending is an important factor for the community to develop the productive sector.This research aims to find out definitively the terms and the procedure of granting credit working capital at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surabaya Branch. To obtain the data required in the preparation of this final project used several analytical methods of datacollection include: methods of interviewing, observation methods and documentation methods.The results showed that the procedure of working capital loan at Bank Rakyat IndonesiaSurabaya branch has been the standard operating procedures that have been prevailing in the bank. The advice given on the basis of this study is the need for periodic training to officers of the bank directly involved in the process of credit Administration to minimize the error in the procedure of granting credit.The implications of the advice in order to be carried out with the training given to officers in special designs according to needs of the bank and the training delivery methods used are presentations, interactive discussions and discussion of case studies and simulation.
