Abstract

The problems that often arise in the community one of them is on the queue. Until now until whenever the queue and can not be avoided, therefore BRI can minimize the queue by issuing E-Form. E-Form is a web-based application that is used as a medium of transaction in the form of account opening, withdrawal, deposit, and transfer. In addition to minimizing the queue, E-Form has certain advantages and limitations. This study aims to determine the basic concept, advantages and limitations, ordinances, and how the impact of E-Form to the Bank BRI Branch KusumaBangsa Surabaya. The research data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 41 respondents Bank BRI Branch KusumaBangsa Surabaya which includes questions that have been answered by each of the respondents. In addition, the researchers also used the method of SPSS with the highest yield 70.7% against realibility ofstatement service speed with theE-Form.In this study, which means that the E-Form proven effective and influential to manage the queue is too long and be able to improve the reputation of Bank BRI Branch KusumaBangsa Surabaya in providing services to its customers.
