Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of liquidity, leverage, activity, and firm size to financial distress on property and real estate sector in 2014-2018. The data used in this study was obtained from annual report. The population in this study was property and real estate sector listed in BEI. Sampel selection in this study is jenuh sampling and acquired 229 sampels with the 2014-2018 research period. The analysis method in this study is logistic regresion. The result showed in this research that leverage, activity and firm size have a effect to financial distress, but liquidity haven’t a effect to financial distress. Keyword : liquidity, leverage, activity, firm size, financial distress.
