Abstract
Firm value are certain conditions achieved by a company as an overview of public confidence in the company after going through a process of several years that since the company was founded until now. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze about how the influence of growth and capital structure on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. The population of this study are manufacturing company that listed on the stock exchange over the period 2013-2017. While the sample of this study are manufacturing company have complete financial statement, not do corporate action and have positive equity totaling 70 companies. The sampling technique of this study using purposive sampling. While the methods of analysis using path analysis with a application SPSS version 16. The results of the study showed that: 1. The growth has negative and not significant influence on frim value 2. The capital structure has positive and significant influence on firm value. 3. Profitability mediates the influence of growth on firm value. 4. Profitability mediates the influence of capital structure on firm value.
