Abstract
The study aims to know the influence of attitudes towards money and self-control on financial behavior of students-college based on Theory Planned of Behavior. The sample of this research as much as 150 respondent with criteria aged 17 -21 years, students who attended colleges in Surabaya at the Faculty of Economics and Business who have monthly allowance from his parents. This study uses Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) using the WarpPls 6.0 program. The result of the study explained that the attitudes towards money and self-control behavior has a significant positive influence on financial behavior.
