Abstract

The assessment of bank soundness is needed as a tool to evaluate the bank's performance against the conditions and problems faced by the bank and overcome the weaknesses of the bank. This research aims to determine the significance of the effect of NPL, Credit CKPN, PDN, IRR, LDR, Interbank Fund Dependency, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously on bank soundness, to determine the significance of negative effects of NPL, CKPN Credit, Interbank Fund Dependency, and BOPO partially to the soundness of the bank, to determine the significance of the positive influence of the LDR, and FBIR partially on the soundness of the bank, and to determine the significance of the influence of the PDN, and the IRR partially on the soundness of the bank. The research method used logistic regression analysis. The results showed that NPL, CKPN Credit, PDN, IRR, LDR, Dependency of Interbank Funds, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously had a significant influence on the soundness of the bank. NPL, Credit CKPN, PDN, IRR, LDR, and BOPO partially have a negative effect that is not significant to the soundness of the bank. Dependency of Interbank Fundsand FBIR partially has a positive and insignificant effect on bank soundness. Keywords: Risk Profile, and Bank Soundness.
