Abstract
This research aims to examine the effect of asset structure, profitability, sales growth, and firm size on capital structure in real estate and property on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018. The sample in this study were 31 companies property and real estate on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique in this study uses the multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicate that asset structure and profitability have a positive significant effect on capital structure. Sales growth have a positive not significant effect on capital structure, and firm size have a negative not significant on capital structure.
