Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance (GCG), leverage and size through corporate financial performance on banking companies in Indonesia in year 2012-2017. Purposive sampling was used in this study. This study used IBM SPSS 24.0 to do the data analysis. The research data is taken from the bank's annual financial statements in year 2012-2017. Testing the data in the study using descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results shows good corporate governance (GCG) negative influence on corporate financial performance, meanwhile leverage and size did not influence on corporate financial performance on banking companies in Indonesia in year 2012-2017.
