Abstract
CAR is the ability of banks to maintain sufficient capital and the ability of bank management to identify, measure, monitor, and control risks that arise so that it can affect the amount of bank capital factors that affect CAR on a bank is aspects of liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity, efficiency and profitability. Liquidity aspects are measured using LDR and IPR, asset quality aspects are measured using APB and NPL, asset sensitivity is measured using IRR and PDN, efficiency aspects are measured using BOPO and FBIR, and profitability aspects are measured using ROA and ROE. This resarch uses secondary data taken from financial reports from the first quarter of 2014 to the fourth quarter of 2018 from the national private foreign exchange banks. The sample consisted of PT Bank Mega, Tbk, PT. Bank Indonesia HSBC, and PT Bank UOB Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 16 which is multiple linear analysis. LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, and ROE together have a significant influence on CAR at Devis National Private Private Banks, besides that IPR, IRR, BOPO and ROA have a significant influence on CAR, while the other six variables have insignificant influence on CAR, namely LDR, APB, NPL, PDN, FBIR, and ROE Keywords: Liquidity, Asset Qulity, Sensitivity, Efficiency, Profitability
