Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, debt policy and profitability for dividend policy. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The dependent variable used in studyin dividend policy, while the independent variable is managerial ownership, debt policy and profitability. The sample was selcted using the purposive sampling method and 110 manufacturing companies were able to meet the criteria used as a sample. The analysis uses multiple linier regressions. The analysus shows that managerial ownership and debt policy do not affect dividend policy. While profitability has an effect on dividend policy.
