Abstract
Academic fraud is all the work done by students with cunning ways to gain personal gain. Academic fraud is a bad habit which commanoly did by the student, moreover the college students. this bad are including cheating, open the answer key, browsing in the internet in the test. This study aims to determine the influence of diamond fraud and ethics of academic fraud college students in STIE Perbanas Surabaya. Respondents of this research is the college students in STIE Perbanas Surabaya. respondents are collected by using Convenience Sampling Method.The data in this study is the primary data using questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that diamond fraud (pressure, opportunity, rationalization and capability are influence the academic fraud, while ethics is not
