Abstract
The banking world have bank products is one credit. These product will be used by the community in accordance with the needs and in accordance the functions of the bank that funneling funds. Understanding the financial credit that allows an individual or a business entity to borrow money to buy products and pay it back in specified period of time As financial institutions engaged in financial service in Indonesia PT Bank Yudha Bhakti TBK provides credits retired. The granting of this credit is based on the amount of pension received by retirees every month. This is the retired business a very promising good business for the bank as well as for the retirees. Collecting primary data is from the banks and secondary data obtained from references books. The data collection was done by direct observation at Bank Yudha Bhakti Surabaya Darmo Branch and interviewed the employee’s of bank. After doing research at Bank Yudha Bhakti Surabaya Darmo Branch, concerning the mechanisms of granting credit retirees on the Bank then the authors draw conclusions is pension credit product has four kinds of credits there is Purna Bhakti Retired regular, Full-time Regular Retirement Service Credit Take Over, Full Service Retirement Credit Take Over, Full Service Retirement Credit Kpp + with aminities to suit the need of prospective borrowers. Pension credit payment by the customer is done after a period of time agreed upon between the parties the Bank with customer. And the bank will calculate the amount of loan principal at once the fines have been agreed between a bank customer. Pension credit repayment is performed on twenty five.
