Abstract
Banking has a big role to the economic progress of the country. In other sources the economy holds an important influence in supporting the success of a country. Success in economic resources can’t be separated from the fields of trade and industry. Both fields will not be able to run optimally without any interference from the banking. This research aims to know the types of bank guarantee in Jatim Bank Branch Gresik, To know the requirements of opening bank guarantee in Jatim Bank, to know the implementation of bank guarantee in Jatim Bank, to know the obstacles and ways to overcome in Provision of bank guarantee in Jatim Bank. Research method used in this research is descriptive method while the method of data collection is documentation and interview. based on the results, the process of granting bank guarantee has two ways that is using deposit guarantee and through insurance side, for the terms of opening company, contractor must submit business legality, and company profile, As well as supporting documents in accordance with the bank guarantee to be published.
