Abstract
The background of this research is the service is an important thing that must be considered by banks to face increasingly competitive competition in the banking world. Therefore the implementation of Customer Service holds an important role in services to customers. The purpose of this research is to discuss the problems of: requirement to become Customer Service at Bank Syariah Bukopin Surabaya Branch, duties and responsibilities of Customer Service at Bank Syariah Bukopin Surabaya Branch, service standard of Customer Service at Bank Syariah Bukopin Surabaya Branch, effort of Customer Service in improving services to customers at Bank Syariah Bukopin Surabaya Branch, barriers experienced by Customer Service and its solution in improving service to customer at Bank Syariah Bukopin Surabaya Branch. In this research using data collection methods are: literature study method, observation, and interview. The results of research at Bank Syariah Bukopin Surabaya branch that the implementation of Customer Service in improving services to customers very needed and the service of the customer is always improved for customer satisfaction. Implementation of this research is Bank Syariah Bukopin Surabaya Branch can improve service better, good service will able to increase customer loyalty.
