Abstract
This research was conducted to assess the health of the Cooperative Perum DAMRI Surabaya . Perum DAMRI Cooperative is a cooperative employees which serves to meet the needs of its members . Health assessment using Perum DAMRI Regulation Cooperative , Small , and Medium Enterprises No. 14 / Per / M.KUKM / XII / 2009 . This research was conducted in the year 2011 until 2013. The data used in this study are secondary and primary data . Primary data consists of interviews and observations . And secondary data consists of the cooperative 's financial statements from 2011 to 2013. The results of the health assessment Perum DAMRI cooperatives ratio - average of 68.82 . The result states that the Perum DAMRI cooperative is healthy enough . Keywords : cooperative, health level analysis
