Abstract
This research aimed to determine factor that effect of capital structure. The object of this research was food and beverages companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. The independent variabel were profitability, business risk, asset structure and firm size. This study using purposive sampling method to obtain a sample. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicated asset structure have significant effect on capital structure, but profitability, business risk and firm size has no effect on capital structure.
