Abstract
This research aim to know the effect of sales growth ratio, leverage ratio, liquidity ratio and profitability ratio on financial distress in real estate and property company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2006-2013 period. Liquidity ratio were measured with current ratio and quick ratio, meanwhile profitability ratio were measured with return on asset. In this research, sample was chose by using purposive sampling method which result 113 real estate and property companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2006-2013 period as final sample. Analysis technical of this research using logistic regression. And the result showed that the independent variable current ratio have significant effect on financial distress. Beside that, the other independent variables sales growth ratio, leverage ratio, quick ratio and profitability ratio has no significant effect on financial distress. Keywords : Financial Distress, Sales Growth Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Profitability Ratio.
