Abstract
Company’s value is market price per share price porportionate by book value per share, with the greater share price then the greater company’s value also. The main goal of the company is to increase the value of the company and increase the prosperity of the company’s shareholders. The purpose of this research to know the influence of DER, NPL, LDR, and BOPO on firm value in banking company in Indonesia and Philippine. The population of this research is banking companies listed on Indonesia and Philippine stock exchange in periode 2013-2017 using sensus sampling. The independent variables are debt to equit ratio (DER), non performing loans (NPL), loans to deposit ratio (LDR), and BOPO while the dependent variable is firm value (price to book value). The analysis methods of this research are descriptive statistics and multiple linier regressions analysis. The result of this research showed that DER has significant effect on firm value, NPL not has significant effect on firm value, LDR not has significant effect on firm value, and BOPO has significant effect on firm value.
