Abstract
This research was carried out at PT Rakyat Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). Tbk Branch Office Waru Sidoarjo. PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). Tbk Branch Office Waru Sidoarjo provides one loan product, one of which is a Home Loan.The purpose of this study is to find out the Procedure for Giving Home Loan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). Tbk Branch Office Waru Sidoarjo.The method used in the research is descriptive method with data collection techniques namely interviews and documentation.Based on the research conducted, it is known that the benefits obtained from home loans are that customers can buy a house, renovate a house, and invest.This mortgage payment by installments or installments, with interest and time period in accordance with the agreement between the customer and the bank.
