Abstract

Earning growth is the change in the precentage increase in profits earned by the company. Profit growth is the element of concern for most users beause it represents the company’s overall performance. With an adequate level of profit, revenue guarantees to the creditors and stakeholders. The greater the rate of profit, the greater confidence in the stakeholder. This research aims to analize ratio CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR on Profit growth in banking company in Indonesia and Thailand in 2013-2017. The population of this research is banking companies listed on Indonesia and Thailand stock exchange in period 2013- 2017 and the sampling method that used in this research is using random sampling.The independent variables are capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non performing loans (NPL), biaya operasional pendapatan operasional (BOPO) and loans to deposit ratio (LDR) while the dependent variable is Profit Growth. The analysis methods of this research are descriptive statistics and multiple linier reggressions analysis. The result of this research showed that CAR has not significant effect on profit growth, NPL has not significant effect on profit growth, BOPO has significant effect on profit growth and LDR has not significant effect on profit growth.
