Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of general allocation funds (DAU), special allocation funds (DAK) and regional original income (PAD) on regional expenditure in the District and Cities of East Java. The population of this study is 38 District and Cities of East Java, by using purposive sampling method with certain criteria obtain total sample for the period 2015 – 2017 is equal to 114 with details 39 industrial area and 75 non industrial area. Method of data analysis in this research is regression analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using SPSS 24 for windows. The result of this research is DAU and PAD having a positive effect on regional expenditure in industrial and non industrial area, while DAK not having a positive effect on regional expenditure in industrial area and for non industrial area having a negatif effect. Keywords : General Allocation Funds (DAU), Special Allocation Funds (DAK) And Regional Original Income (PAD), Regional Expenditure.
